George Swarts: George C. Swarts, CPA, is the leader of the firm’s litigation services and gaming industry practice. A former member of the Nevada Gaming Commission, Mr. Swarts has extensive experience as a consultant in casino operations and regulation. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Primadonna Resorts, Inc. prior to its sale to MGM. He consults within the industry and with governments nationally and internationally. He also has several years of experience as an expert witness and serves regularly as a receiver and special master in State Court and the Federal District Court. |
